This menu staple has become our customers’ favorite. smoked for 14 hours, our brisket is the dish you’ve been craving. It is served with a side of your choice and your choice of sauce.
Simplicity is the name of the game. We use fresh ingredients, avocados, panko style bread crumbs and cucumber wasabi sauce on the side.
At CPC Craft Meats and Smokehouse the passion for authentic BBQ is behind everything we do. We have our hickory logs smoldering all night long. We start with top quality meats, hand-rub them with fresh spices, and slow-cook them to perfection.
Our Barbecue Philosophy is simple. The meat is the star. We use our dry rubs and serve our sauces on the side.
Our sauces show off our regional travels. We have a zesty mustard- based Memphis sauce and a sweet St. Louis Style sauce.
All of sides are made in house with the freshest ingredients.
